| David Schreiber is President of the Customer Relations Group which is an Atlanta based firm specializing in customer service training, service audits, needs assessment, leadership development and business consulting. He is an Internationally renowned author, columnist, speaker, trainer and consultant who has devoted over 36 years to customer relations, service training and leadership development. He served on the Board of Directors for the Hotel Sales Marketing Association, Discovery Outdoors and as a consultant to the Future Business Leaders of America. David also served on the Board of Directors for the Starlight Children's Foundation. He has lectured at numerous universities and is continually sought after to speak to and work with companies worldwide. Currently he is on the Advisory Board for the Georgia State University School of Hospitality and Business Administration. He works with such corporations as Harrods of London, Hanro of Switzerland, Tiffany & Co., Holiday Inn Worldwide, The Restaurant & Catering Association of Australia, The Australian Retailers Association, Air New Zealand, IBM, The Home Depot, The Government of Italy Department of Tourism and President Carter's "The Atlanta Project". David is a featured presenter for the Country Club Managers Association of America and served as a consultant to the Atlanta Centennial Olympic Games. David hosted a live radio show and is internationally known and respected as an authority on customer relations and leadership development who works with numerous Fortune 500 companies. In addition he is the author of the book, "The Superior Customer Service Revolution". He shared the podium at The World Conference on Customer Service Management with Mr. Tom Peters and Dr. Steven Covey which praised him as one of their top speakers on customer service and leadership development and served as the Chairman of the Customer Service Management Association. |
